Safe Decision LLC
We are a military and law enforcement veteran owned and operated company looking to bring a true hands-on learning experience to drivers and passengers alike. Our goal is to help save lives while helping companies save money due to collisions caused by lack of training or outdated policies.
The owner has been an active law enforcement officer since 2002 and a defensive tactical driving instructor for AZPost since 2009. He has also worked as a contractor for a Fortune 300 waste company for several years helping to deliver their defensive driving program throughout the United States.

Not only do our instructors provide the stats when it comes to seatbelt safety and defensive driving, but we also bring a seatbelt convincer. This is an experience that will convince you every day to buckle up if the stats don't. We are the only company in the State of Arizona who brings this combination of a training seminar to your venue i.e. schools, businesses, churches, or even a teenage team function. We will even come to your door step ready to go if requested.
After each seminar we will even create a video if requested from the seminar itself. This is something that goes great with any company recruiting campaign, end of year team functions, or graduation. Look below for a sample.
Child car seat safety help
If you have a child or baby that is in a car seat of any type, contact us to make sure it is installed correctly. If you need help installing a new car seat we can handle that too. We have certified Child Passenger Seat Technicians (CPST) ready and willing to come to you to make sure your seats are installed correctly and to educate you on the importance of this. We say installed correctly because unfortunately over half of child and baby car seats are installed incorrectly. Contact us so you can have peace of mind that your child is secured properly.

Our teenage based seminar with the hands on experience after will get your teens buckling up more often than not when they are not in a vehicle with you.

Professional services
We also create and provide lecture-based curriculum for the professional drivers. After creating the material, we will review it with supervisors and adjust as needed for the message to be clear to your drivers.
If policies need a review or to be written for your company, we work one on one with you until you feel comfortable with the material. We also bring the seatbelt convincer to help drive home the seatbelt issue that plagues many transportation companies. (Why get audited if a driver became laxed.
